Jennene began to develop the concept of showcasing plus size women in a more positive light. Her impetus for this was a result of discovering that the majority of web sites did not represent plus size women in an appealing or flattering manner. On the contrary, these sites often distorted and exploited plus size women. It was Jennene's quest to achieve just the opposite. This gave food for thought for the Voluptuous Woman idea and it began to evolve.
